In 2010, Mike Neuffer founded Domus Homes. Mike’s initiation into the construction business began at the age of 12, working as a laborer on his father’s construction projects. At the age of 30, Mike founded his own firm, Neuffer Homes and Development, in 1986 and his custom home division, Legacy Custom Homes, and Silverado, his excavation company soon followed. While head of one of the region’s largest and most successful construction companies, Neuffer has built over 2000 homes ranging from entry level to luxury estates. His vision is to craft high quality, affordable homes geared toward first time home buyers and families in established community settings. Taking into consideration the adjusted priorities of families and embracing the urban lifestyle desired by today’s home buyers, it is the goal of Domus Homes to redefine quality and value when it comes to affordability.
